Axe & Sledge The Grind is a stimulant-free amino formula combining 6g BCAAs with 3g additional essential amino acids, electrolytes and AstraGin.
9g BCAA + EAA Formula
Each serving provides 6g BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio: 3g leucine, 1.5g isoleucine and 1.5g valine. Another 3g supplies lysine, threonine, histidine, phenylalanine, tryptophan and methionine, representing all nine essential amino acids across the formula.
Electrolytes
Each serving also provides 150mg sodium and 100mg potassium. These electrolyte amounts are individually disclosed for straightforward comparison with other amino and electrolyte formulas.
AstraGin
The formula includes 25mg AstraGin.
How to Use
