This is amazing!!! With a little enchantment this is the BEST set you will get to meditate. Most of you have problems with this,I don't know why but I'm guessing it is because your either on mediation or way to busy to sit down and relax. Either way this will send you over the top!! We added a guide to help you spiritually. You will be guided on this meditation and through this you may even astral travel. You will get a book and the DVD that guides you through it as you relax. Your guides are Hermes and Hianna.
